Protein Muffins and Yogurt Jars

Creamy yogurt combined with moist peanut butter and banana blender muffins make the best high-protein breakfast or snack. They are great for meal prepping for a grab-and-go breakfast.

Equipment

  • 1 wide-mouth mason jar

Ingredients

  • 1 peanut butter protein blender muffin *Keep the liner on
  • 1 (5-6oz) individual yogurt cup

Instructions

  • Make my Peanut Butter Protein Blender Muffins (or use your favorite muffin).
  • Simply add the yogurt cup to the bottom of a mason jar.
  • Top it with a lined muffin.
  • Secure the lid onto the mason jar.
  • Store the mason jar breakfast in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Notes

Add a plastic spoon for the ultimate grab-and-go breakfast.
Use your favorite yogurt.  I recommend a plant-based brand.
