Equipment

  • 4 (16oz) mason jars with lids *I would highly recommend wide-mouth varieties

Ingredients

  • 8 cups yogurt (plain, vanilla, plant-based, or regular) *Use unsweetened
  • 6 teaspoons maple syrup or honey *Or more if desired
  • 3 cups Maple Nut Granola Use my recipe or store-bought
  • 2 ripe bananas (but not over-ripe)

Instructions

  • Grab your four mason jars. Add 1.5 cups of yogurt to the bottom of each mason jar.
  • Add 1 teaspoon (or more) of your favorite sweetener. I highly recommend honey or maple syrup.
  • Peel and then slice the two bananas. Add 1/2 a banana on top of the yogurt, making a second layer.
  • Add 3/4 cup granola on top of the bananas.

Notes

Make my Simple Maple Nut Granola here or store-bought will work.
If you are not into bananas, replace them with the fruit of your desire.
