- ½ cup plant-based yogurt
- 2 tablespoons (heaping) cashew butter You can also use almond butter as a substitute
- zest from ½ a lemon
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey You can also use maple syrup as a substitute
- 1 teaspoon vanilla protein powder
- ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 12 fresh raspberries, washed
- ¼ cup dairy-free white chocolate chips
Grab a medium bowl and add the yogurt, cashew butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, honey, protein powder, and vanilla. Use a whisk and mix it well.
Use a small plate and fork to mash up the fresh raspberries. Scoop them into the yogurt sauce. Whisk is up again, well.
Roughly chop the white chocolate chips with a knife and then place them into the bowl. Fold the chocolate into the dip.
Serve immediately or place plastic wrap over the bowl and store it in the fridge for up to two days.
