It is a Great Wholesome Snack Choice
Lemon Raspberry Power Fruit dip is a healthy snack for a few reasons:
-It is made with your favorite yogurt: Plant-based yogurt or Greek yogurt is a good source of protein, which is important for building and repairing tissues in the body.
-It contains raspberries: Raspberries are a low-calorie fruit that are high in fiber and antioxidants, which can help to protect the body against cellular damage and inflammation. They also contain vitamins C and K, as well as manganese.
-It is sweetened with honey: Honey is a natural sweetener that contains antioxidants and has anti-inflammatory properties. While it is still a form of sugar and should be consumed in moderation, it is a healthier alternative to processed sugars.
-It has a lot of protein: This easy fruit dip is packed with protein. Made with protein powder, yogurt, and cashew butter, you are sure to stay full for a while after eating it. If you love protein fruit dips, you have to also try The Best High-Protein Chocolate Fruit Dip!
What are the Ingredients?
-Yogurt: You can use your favorite yogurt for this recipe. I like to use plant-based coconut or cashew yogurt. Make sure it is a no-sugar-added variety.
-Cashew butter: You can technically replace cashew butter with almond butter or even peanut butter if you desire. I do recommend sticking with cashew butter, if possible. I love how nut butter adds healthy fats to this recipe.
-Lemon juice and lemon zest: This is hands down my favorite ingredient to this delicious dip. Lemon makes it a refreshing and citrusy dip.
-Honey: Maple syrup works as well as an all-natural sweetener in this recipe. You can’t go wrong with either sweetener.
-Protein powder: I recommend only using vanilla-flavored protein powder for this recipe. Make sure to choose a clean product with minimal wholesome and processed ingredients.
-Vanilla extract: Make your own or grab a real and pure vanilla extract. The taste is so much better than cheap imitation vanilla.
-Fresh raspberries: It’s like adding a raspberry sauce to this dip when you mash them up with a fork. These healthy berries give more texture to this recipe and also bring so many health benefits like adding dietary fiber to your diet.
-White chocolate chips: While this is completely optional, it really is a delicious addition to this fruit dip. I highly recommend adding them if you have them available.
-Apple: Apple slices for dipping or any type of fruit will do. You could also use bananas or strawberries for dipping, as well.

The trick is to make sure you use sweet and ripe apples for this dip. It is a serious game changer.
There are a few optional ingredients you can add to the top to make your fruit dip even healthier. This includes chia seeds, hemp seeds, or finely shredded coconut.
